                            4:30 PM            Race briefing at Holiday Inn to review  course and rules. All attendees must view and read web site for rules and course download information for your GPS.

 

                            6 PM                 Fellowship in Holiday Inn

 

Sat, June 7            6 to 7:30 AM      Air craft Handicapping

 

                            8 AM                  Pilot briefs and muster. (safety meeting and weather)  at the FBO

 

                            9 AM                  Race start, speed order.    

 

                            PM                     end of race   

 

                            PM                      deadline for written protest to Shelby Bowles / Jim Reed

 

                            PM                      Fellowship hour at the hotel and diner on your own.

 

 

Sun                       9 AM                   Awards and brunch, end of program.

 

 

 

Hotel reservations Holiday inn , 704-878-9691, group rate of $70 plus tax, say group is Cross Country Air Race for special rate.

 

Local transportation is the usual problem, hotel does have a shuttle, if available. Other wise rental cars can be arranged via the FBO.
